Refund policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Physical Products

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
